"When the time came for my family to use North Dixie, it of course was not the best timing… but then when is an accident good timing? From the moment we walked into their office we were immediately given great customer service, a forgotten art with most businesses. The empathy that they showed us, the attention to detail and the complete service when they dealt with the insurance company was a reminder that we had made the right choice.
